He founded CRG in early 2023 as a way to bring creative, innovative solutions to market, built on the real-world delivery capabilities of seasoned experts.
While not at his desk, you will likely find Steven caring for his exotic birds.

Andrew is a former senior leader in Deloitte’s Strategy & Innovation function, with a long trajectory of supporting financial services in creation and launch of new products and services.
He joined Steven in 2023 to bring robust methodologies and creative thinking to client engagements.
He is a deteriorating soccer player, and an improving pickleball player.

Brett has over 30 years’ experience in payments transformation, managing key relationships with large issuing banks at both Visa and MasterCard, most recently responsible for leading Client Services (for Preferred banking) at JPMorgan Chase. He brings a thorough understanding of network processing rules, industry trends, & technologies, and implementing workflow enhancements

Corinna is Visa’s former Global Head of Disputes, and a globally recognized authority with over 30 years in the disputes industry.
Corinna helps clients across the ecosystem achieve best in class results through proven strategies and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Corinna loves traveling the world with her family, adding Ireland last fall to her list of 41 countries visited.

Dani is an award-winning payment product innovator. Her expertise includes deep research and insights, data analytics, marketing, segmentation and product strategy , supporting clients including American Express, TD Bank, Chase, IHG, Walmart, Mastercard and PNC.
Isabelle Onkelinx

Isabelle is an expert in European and Global Dispute Resolution and development of chargeback rules. She spent 28 years in Dispute Resolution at Management, including role as Lead trainer at Mastercard academy. She is a customer-oriented professional, passionate about the card business and its evolving technological challenges.
Martha Rhine

Martha is the former Global Card Network Compliance SME with leading global processors and acquirers.
She is recognized as a deep industry subject matter expert across payments, governance, risk and compliance — from issuing and acquiring to interchange, operations, PCI data security, and regulations.
Martha is an avid traveler, most recently taking in Australia, China, Egypt, Mexico and New Zealand.
Matt Baker

Matt is the former Head of Small Business at Visa where he was pivotal in formulating and executing innovative payment strategies for Visa clients to drive growth in market share and revenue across their entire Small Business Portfolio.
He now works as a specialist advisor to SMB-focused FI’s & Fintechs.
Outside of work, Matt is a king to 3 princesses, and punches above his weight as a husband.
Subhash Khatri

Subhash is a former consumer payments leader at Amex, Citi, Chase, GreenDot and Fifth Third Bank.
He has 25+ years’ experience leading some of the largest brands, with extensive experience in product P&L management, growth marketing, credit risk, and marketing analytics.
As a Philadelphia resident, outside of work you will find him basking in the Eagles’ Superbowl victory.
Max Turner

Max is a former Ernst & Young consultant and project manager with over a decade of international business consulting experience, leading teams and advising clients in Europe, the US, and Latin America on financial and strategic matters.
He joined CRG in early 2023 to bring strong international consulting expertise and leadership skills to the team.
Away from client engagements, you’ll likely find Max honing his jiu-jitsu skills or exploring new routes on his bike.

Ben is a former Airbus engineer and business consultant with experience in international projects focused on digitalization, sustainability, and data analytics.
He has supported CRG client projects since 2024, bringing expertise in strategic problem structuring and solving, developed through experience with top-tier consultancies.
When he's not supporting our clients, Ben reconnects with nature through outdoor sports like hiking.
